- The Whole country The celebration of Holy Week of major fervor in the country is realized in Ayacucho. The Palm Sunday, the gentleman Jesus joins a donkey. Hundreds of people surround of devout that carry palms and branches of olive tree. On the Holy Wednesday, there go out in procession of the Cathedral the images of the Virgin and San Juan , meet conmovedoramente the Nazarene in the Main square. On the whole night of Saturday of Gloria, the entire population overturns to the square, with the intention of receiving on Sunday dawn, to the investor Christ Resucitado, whose image will appear slowly from the Cathedral, to cross the square in his dazzling one he walks pyramidally of pure silver and to be celebrated by snaps of rockets and chimes of bell.
